i just looked back in this journal a bit. i'm 20 lbs more than i was in april. that's pretty significant for me. heavy. i sort of got a little out of hand with treats lately. ice cream, tim-bits, pop, etc. plus going from having no fast food ever to having a veggie burger combo once a week can't be good. i'm going to leave out the bad food from now on and hope that for every pound i gain for the baby i lose one bad one from the fat store in my thighs. chunky!
i'm not supposed to gain any more than 30 lbs for the whole pregnancy. i have a ways to go and i can only go up to around 155. i'm sure i can do it. i just have to get over the first few days of no bad snacks. from then on it should be easy.
